By accessing or using CriteriaIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cavan Ventures, LLC.
CriteriaIQ provides AI-powered medical necessity analysis tools for behavioral health providers, including the CriteriaIQ Chrome Extension (Criteria Analyzer) and the CriteriaIQ RCM platform. Our services are intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized administrative staff only.
If you use CriteriaIQ to process Protected Health Information, you must execute a Business Associate Agreement with Cavan Ventures, LLC before processing real patient data. Our BAA is available at checkout and at criteriaiq.com/baa-request. You are responsible for ensuring your use of CriteriaIQ complies with all applicable laws including HIPAA.
CriteriaIQ is a clinical decision support tool. All analysis outputs must be reviewed by a licensed clinician before submission to any payer or use in any clinical decision. CriteriaIQ does not replace clinical judgment. Cavan Ventures, LLC is not responsible for clinical decisions made based on platform outputs.
CriteriaIQ is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may not use CriteriaIQ to: process data for patients not under your care, attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse engineer the platform, or use outputs in ways that violate applicable law. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cavan Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of CriteriaIQ. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
